HP en un evento en China ha revelado esta semana una serie de nuevos equipos portátiles basados en la tercera generación de procesadores Intel Core (Ivy Bridge), pero entre estos modelos destaca otros que está basados en “Trinity” la segunda generación de APU de AMD, siendo HP uno de los primeros en revelar esta generación de portátiles basados en las nuevas APU de AMD.
Dentro de los equipos que prepara HP con APU Trinity tenemos el HP Envy “Sleekbook”, un equipo que estará disponible en tamaños de pantalla de 14 y 15.6 pulgadas que incorpora una APU AMD Trinity, modelo A10-4655M, la cual posee diseño quad-core modular con nucleos que operan a 2.3 GHz y que pueden escalar hasta los 3.0Ghz con la tecnología AMD Turbo Core 3.0. Esta APU incorpora además gráficos AMD Radeon HD 7620 con un total de 384 Radeon Cores que operan a una frecuencia de 497 Mhz. El otro equipo que prepara HP y que se basara en una APU AMD Trinity, son la familia de portátiles HP Pavilion m6, el cual incorporará una APU AMD A8-4500M con diseño quad-core modular, con núcleos o módulos que operan a 1.9Ghz como frecuencia base e incorporan una GPU integrada Radeon HD 7490G con 256 Radeon Cores los cuales operan a 655 MHz. Además de estos modelos basados en las APU AMD Trinity HP, también ha presentado la línea 2012 de sus equipos HP Pavilion dv4, dv6 y dv7; HP Pavilion G6 y G7; HP Pavilion m6 y HP Envy Spectre XT, la mayoria basados en procesadores Intel Core de tercera generacion (Ivy Bridge) y otros basados en Sandy Bridge, cuyos modelos restantes los pueden apreciar en el siguiente resumen de especificaciones.
